HOW TO ORDER

On the Web site: Click on the "Add to cart" buttons for the items that you require. When the next screen loads you may alter the "quantity" if more than one of that item is required, and click on "update totals" below. To remove the item from your shopping cart, tick the box under "select" and click "delete". When you have chosen all that you want, click on "checkout" and enter the details requested.

You may choose either to pay securely online by credit or debit card, or send the order to us by email to reserve your items and send a cheque. There is also an option to pay using PayPal at the checkout.

You can also use the email option for us to confirm if all items are in stock and when you can expect delivery and we will then email you with payment details.

Via the Contact form: Simply list the items that you require, and we will reply promptly with details of stock levels, costs and delivery time.

By email: An alternative to the contact form, you can email the sales department at shop@flagsoftheworld.co.uk.

By telephone: For up-to-the-minute details of stock and delivery, you can call 0845 466 4111

By Fax: You can fax us on 0845 466 4222
