All prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT @ 17 1/2%.

Making a purchase: Click on the items that you require. When the next screen loads you may alter the "quantity" if more than one of that item is required. To remove the item from your shopping cart, tick the box under "select" and click "delete". When you have chosen all that you want, click on "checkout" and enter the details requested. You may choose either to pay securely by credit or debit card, or send the order to us by email to reserve your flags. Alternatively, just email us with details of your order (do not include credit card details at this stage) and we will be in touch promptly.

Shipping and Handling: there is a delivery and handling charge for orders placed via this website of just £1.85 plus VAT for any size of order posted to a U.K. address. Goods will be sent either by first-class post or next-day delivery (9am-5.30pm) by carrier depending on the weight. Heavy or oversize orders to N. Ireland, Highlands and Islands, I.O.M., Channel Islands and Scilly Isles may incur a surcharge: please enquire.

For delivery outside the U.K., please ask for a quotation for the postage costs, or place your order and we will email you with the actual postage cost and request the extra amount from you.

Delivery: Orders are usually despatched within two working days. Flags printed to order take longer and depend on workload. Sewn flags take up to 28 days, but are usually sent sooner. We will notify you if there is likely to be a delay. If you have a deadline to meet, please let us know so that we may help.

VAT: is extra (17 1/2%) for UK and EU citizens.

Credit Card Security: We use Protx for secure credit and debit card transactions. You may also pay securely by PayPal.

You may telephone or fax us with your card number. We also need the expiry date and security code on the back of the card. Please include the issue number for Switch cards if applicable.

Sizes: All sizes are approximate.

Guarantee: We have many satisfied customers. You may return goods within 28 days for replacement or refund if dissatisfied with your purchase. Bespoke products are non-returnable.

Returning Goods: Please contact us within seven days with your complaint. If returning goods, please send to the above address and retain proof of posting. There is a 15% restocking charge (plus delivery costs) for returned goods that are subsequently not required or have been ordered in error.

Orders for stock items cancelled prior to shipping may be subject to a 70p cancellation fee (this is what we get charged to cancel a credit card payment).

No claim can be accepted for late delivery that is more than the value of the goods ordered. UK law applies.
